Before this step: Discuss the campus location, monthly budget, room preference, deposit, utilities and tenancy terms before paying.
Medical screening support
Help with your clinic visit
We help coordinate the required medical screening and take students to the clinic as arranged. Your university’s international office can confirm the approved screening route and timing for your application.
Before this step: Keep your passport and the documents requested by the clinic ready. Confirm the appointment and charges in advance.
University registration
Get your first campus steps organised
We take students to the university and help with passport submission, enrolment and registration. We guide you through the relevant offices and the next steps requested by your institution.
Before this step: Check the university’s document list, fee-payment requirements and appointment details. Request an acknowledgement when submitting your passport.

Explore suitable opportunities
We help students with their job search and finding suitable opportunities. Any work must comply with your Student Pass conditions and current Malaysian rules; university and Immigration approval may be required.

Which airports and cities do you cover?
Tell us your arrival airport and university campus. We will confirm whether we can support your route and dates before you rely on a pickup or appointment.
How far ahead should I arrange pickup?
Contact us before finalising your arrival arrangements. Agree the booking lead time, meeting point, contact person and plan for flight changes directly with the team.
Will someone accompany me?
We offer airport pickup and accompany students to clinic and university visits as arranged. Confirm the date, transport and accompanying contact for your specific appointment.
Can I start working as soon as I arrive?
Do not assume so. Your eligibility depends on your immigration status, permitted work and any required approval. Confirm the current rules with your university’s international office and the Immigration Department before accepting a job. Our support does not guarantee a job or permission to work.
